Piano Rebuilding

The various parts of a piano wear out, owing to age, use, damage, and atmospheric extremes. Rebuilding can range from the simple replacement or repair of worn bushings or corroded action centers to a complete rebuild involving action, pinblock, and soundboard replacement.

Tim has access to the best available woods and other parts, which will match most exactly the originals in an instrument. He has experience with all American, European, and Asian parts and instrument specifications and designs, and he can restore any piano to “like new” condition.
